Support & Maintenance
Project XS comes with six months
of software maintenance
which includes:
After the initial six months, you may continue to
receive support and
updates by purchasing additional product maintenance. This enables
you to keep your product up-to-date and continue receiving technical
assistance.
Maintenance
Maintenance cost is 20% of original purchase price per concurrent user per year ($9.80 US).
Retrospective maintenance is not available. All enhancements (Service Patches), support, and email is covered in your
maintenance cost.
Product releases (Upgrades) to existing maintenance clients are charged out at the
difference between your original purchase price per user and any new per user price (If any).

sales department.

To receive e-mail notification when a new update is available, please add
your name to our
update list.
Customers with product that is not covered by a maintenance
agreement are not eligible for technical support or updates.
